• Prices quoted are per person, per night, in a double room, and include entry to the swimming pool (during opening hours) and use of the car park
• Tourist tax: € 2 per person per night (for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights; children under 14 years of age are exempt).
• Double room for single use: there is a surcharge on the room price.
• Reductions on third and fourth bed in double room.
• Surcharge for cot with bars (for children up to three years old): € 10 per day.
• Air-conditioned rooms: service hours 14- 7 (service available in June, July and August)
• Half board includes breakfast and dinner. Drinks are excluded from the indicated price.

APARTMENTS: PRICES PER NIGHT

• Apartment with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms: starting from € 135 per night
• Apartment with 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom: starting from € 120 per night
• Check in: from 3 pm to 9 pm. Arrivals after 9 pm cannot be accepted
• Check out: by 10 am

• Pets not allowed

It is useful to know that:

• The prices indicated are per night (balance upon arrival) and include entry to the swimming pool (during the opening period) and use of the parking
• Tourist tax: € 2 per person per night (for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights; children under 14 years of age are exempt).
• Included in the price: first supply of linen, first supply of bathroom amenities
• Included in the price: all utilities. Air conditioning and heating are independently managed
• Included in the price: final cleaning / the kitchenette must be returned clean at check out
• NOT included in the price: daily tidying
• The apartments are given for use for the number of people declared and previously agreed with the management, including children of all ages. The change in the number of people entails a change in the rates / external guests are not allowed

Extra services in the apartment (for a fee) – APART-HOTEL FORMULA
With availability to be checked at the time of the request, it is possible to request at the reception:

• Breakfast in the hotel (time 7:30-9:30): €7 per person
• Dinner in the hotel (entry time in the room 19:30-20 / with a choice of three courses. The menu varies daily): €23 per person, drinks not included
• Extra change of bedroom linen + bathroom linen + tidying of bedrooms and bathrooms (excluding living area / kitchenette and outdoor areas): €10 per person (for all beds booked, including minors)
• To take advantage of the tidying it is important to vacate the apartment by 11:00, with the keys returned to the reception. The service must be booked in advance.
